Truth is defined as the body of real things, events, and facts.

Your knowledge and The truth should always 100% align.

Any separation will cause you great harm.

There is no,“YOUR truth”.  The truth is always universal.  It is always, the truth.

2 + 2 = 4, always. Truth.

The planet earth revolves around the sun, always. Truth.

Your relationship with the truth should always be honest, even if it causes you discomfort. 

Compromising the truth in order to sustain “your” truth, places you perilously close to lying to yourself and others.  Separating yourself from the real truth that others hold correctly leads you down a horrible path.

You should always be verifying that your current understanding of the truth is 100% full proof accurate, and if it is not, you are obligated to search for the truth.

You can never use “your” truth against someone else who holds the truth.

Again, that leads you down a horrible path.
