You Don't Say, Words

You Don't Say, Words

Truth.  You do not say words.

You RELEASE them.

It is a one way trip too.  Once you say them, they are forever said.  No return to sender function.  No erasing.

Words can be tools of destruction, of hate, of prejudice.  They can make you look really bad, change how people think of you and what they say about you in a bad way.

During times of stress and anxiety or of being rushed - you should rush towards silence.  I posted about this (
www.eachdayagift.com/power-of-silence).

Before you speak, think before you release your words.  Make sure they are going to be your messengers of love and kindness and caring.

Wishes for a great day,

Each one a gift,

David/
