Life always leads to death aka God always wins – however you want to acknowledge it is fine by me. You have an expiration date.
Use it to your advantage!
Picture it, your Headstone.
Stop and picture it.
What do you want it to say?
Because while you are alive you have a chance to determine that.
If you wait until you die, you are at the mercy of others to define your life.
Here is what I want mine to say:

World’s Best Dad
World's Best Son
World's Best Poppy
World's Best Brother
World's Best Friend
World's Best Doctor (and I work really hard at this one)
Work Backwards. Picture what you want your headstone to say, and work at making that a reality for how others view your life.
