Q? Does something ever come from nothing?

Can you name one thing besides the Big Bang Theory, that something comes from nothing?

Q? Can energy be created?

We are taught that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, that the total energy of a system remains constant; that it can change from one form to another. That is the Theory of Conservation of Energy.

If that is true, then does that disprove the Big Bang Theory? Because the Big Bang Theory is that nothing existed before the “Big Bang”, and if it did – how did it get there?
