You may think that is a very silly question.

The question now is, is it?

Q? How do you know our Sun one minute ago didn’t burn out, or blow up?

A: You don’t.

Why?  It takes the light you are currently seeing or bathing in, nine minutes to reach us.  We will not know when our sun dies until 9 minutes afterwards.

And even if you did, what could you do about it? 

Exactly, zero - nada - nothing - zip - zilch. 

My point is that you need to live in the now.

Make the most of “now”.

Build in your “nows” a bigger and stronger foundation for tomorrow’s “nows”. 

By doing this, you will decrease the amount of potential worry you have about your future.

Unlike your past, building your “nows” into a better and brighter future is something that you can do something about.
