Human success is based on our ability to work together with other humans.

Be it one on one or in a group.

Be it personal or political in nature.

Individual consent is mandatory for any human-human relationship to succeed.

Compromise is the bedrock or “currency” of that human-human interaction.

Without compromise there is conflict.

When the effort to compromise is exceeded by the desire to control, the amount of conflict is determined by the value of what is at stake to the shareholder(s).
